THE NEIGHBORHOOD I LOVE

December 4, 2007 by mayortalks

Imagine a neighborhood in the heart of Silicon Valley just minutes away from the busy city of San Jose….

The Victorian houses have been restored as if it were back at the turn of the century.

Walking down through the quaint streets you will experience a life style that attracts the young and elderly.

Continuing down the streets you see a community alive with hundreds of children running from house to house, with their trick or treat bags on a cool October night.

Traditions are a way of life in this Los Gatos neighborhood, whether it is the High School football game attracting families or the annual Children’s Parade with horse drawn carriage rides.

Quaint shops, and  excellent gourmet restaurants attract others to the downtown neighborhood every night of the week.

Please come and spend some time with me and you can see how unique Los Gatos can be…

Aka, The Mayor.

Earthquake almost coted the deal

November 27, 2007 by mayortalks

Oh oh I thought this deal was going to collapse, when the earthquake hit on Tuesday night. The inspection companies I brought out explained that the house was on a slab and that  was better than others not in Foster City. never let an objection effect a deal.

The deal is closing at asking $1,400,000 with a 10 day COE all  cash.
